Islamic Relief Worldwide are currently recruiting for the position of Human Resources Partner to act as an experienced HR generalist and business partner, supporting internal customer needs autonomously with limited supervision being required. The post holder will strengthen the employee relations functions by actively managing employee concerns and implementing relevant policies and processes. S/he will lead on the development and implementation of key aspects of the team work plans and systems, including policy development. The post holder will contribute significantly to the department in order to ensure that it is capable of fully achieving its agreed targets and departmental objectives.

The successful candidate must have or be:

· CIPD qualified or equivalent (extensive HR experience may also suffice in place).

· Experience in managing complex HR projects ranging from performance management, employee relations, policy development, change management and employment law.

· Proven experience in providing variety of broad HR employee relations activities in a large organisation.

· Will have extensive experience of generalist HR services.

· A strong problem solver who is able to analyse data to reach sound conclusions through experience, research and assessment techniques

· Excellent written and spoken English with excellent levels of computer literacy including Microsoft Office
